SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, new product launches, or promotional periods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after your package has been scanned into their system.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Skin Junkies Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Skin Junkies Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skinjunkiesstudio.com.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around your property and contacting the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, please reach out to us at hello@skinjunkiesstudio.com and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURN POLICY

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy:

RETURNS/ REFUND

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to return products. All sales are final. If there is a defect in the bottle/ container please reach out to us at hello@skinjunkiesstudio.com and we can work to replace the product. 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange any product that arrives defective with prompt notice. Please email hello@skinjunkiesstudio.com in the event you need an exchange.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer.
